copying Intuity Audix messages

Thanks for looking!

Is there a way to copy off the digital versions of messages left on a particular mailbox from an Intuity Audix. The unit is about 2 years old but I am unsure of the model.

What format are these in?

If you use message manager you can use the save as command and save it as a wav file.

Question instead of reply. Is message manager an integrated part of audix software through ASA?

MM is an adjunct piece of software used with Audix Velocity packages and post velocity releases. It is not part of ASA.
