Hi,
I use lotus 123 ver 9 for windows.
I have a multiple page sheet and i use the +A:A2 command to copy the
contents of sheet A cell A2 to another cell, but here's the problem I need
to copy more than one cell from A in to the same cell in sheet B.
I can't find a way to add more than one +A:A2 and +A:B2 into the same cell
in Sheet B cell A1..
help
Al
ps it's all text, I need to copy the state and city and zip from sheet A ,
which is in all different cells into one cell in sheet B for Labels

Hi Al,

Try the "&". It is used for concatenation of text.

Example: +A:A2&A:B2

Hope this helps,

Hi Dale,
Thanks that works great... but one little problem, it pastes all the text together, i need to put some spaces between each paste in the same cell..
ie now it does this..
St.PaulMn55512.. which is a start.. but i need St. Paul Mn 55512
Any ideas
thanks so much for your help!
Al

Hi Al,

Simply add another &, and space(s) within quotation marks ...i.e. &" "

Therefore the revised Example: +A:A2&" "&A:B2
