Copying files between servers

I need to find a utility that will copy a large number of files at a time from one server to another. I need it to copy only files which are older than 14 days, then remove the old files from the source location. Any file that was created within the past 14 days should not be affected.

I looked at Robocopy, but did not see any way to copy files based on date. Anybody know of something that might work? Any suggestions would be appreciated.

I suggest you create a batch file or perl script to do date compares prior to removing them.
