Hello everybody;

I'm upgrading my workstations and I'm having problems when transfering the files and settings to the new computers.
The way I'm doing it is as follows :

1)Add the new workstation to my domain.
2)Loging to the network as the user who I'm upgrading on both computers (old and new computer).
3)Copy the profile folder to the new computer through the network.
Does anybody has any other methods for upgrading computers or knows a software to do this.
Can I use Ghost with windows XP?

Have you tried the free utility with XP called files and settings transfer wizard ..

From what I read the files and settings transfer wizard can not be used with a DOMAIN.
Maybe I misunderstood.

Would any of these apply to your situation?
