Copying Excel Cells into a Word document

I am writing a macro in Word to insert pictures from a directory. And then I am trying to access an Excel spreadsheet with 2 row x 6 column picture captions listed down the sheet, and to search for the caption that matches the picture number, and copy the caption and paste it onto Word. But I am having trouble with this. Does anyone have any ideas?
