Simple question. How do I copy a DTS package from one server to another server?

Thanks in advance.

Select Package --> Save As then change the server name in the drop down box, or if the server you need isn't there, type it in.

What if I don't have access to the other server. It's in another network. I know I can save as a file. But is there a way to import that file in to another server?

Export the package that you want as a Structured Storage File (*.dts). Then (I've only done this from inside of Enterprise Manager) you can goto the Server that you need, right click on Data Transformation Packages, select Open Package... and then browse out to the *.dts file that you created earlier. I hope this helps, let me know

goto the Server that you need, right click on Data Transformation Packages

I don't see where that is - "Data Transformation Packages"
I can't find it.

In SQL Enterprise Manager, you have the tree view of your available servers. So it would go:
Console Root
-Microsoft SQL Servers
--SQL Server Group
---SERVER NAME *This is your Server
---+Databases
---+Data Transformation Services *Right Click this
---+Management
---+Replication
---+ ... etc ..
