Copying= Crashing

My IE 5, Outlook Express and Outlook 2000 would ALL Crash if I simply do the following:
1) Select some text
2) click Crtl-C or Edit-Control

This is the versions I am using
IE-
5.00.2919.6307CO
q240308
q246094
q251109

Outlook Express
5.00.2919.6600


Outlook 2000
SR-1 Version 9.0.0.4201

Any resolutions or reasons why this is happening?
