I am developing templates for a County Government. These templates contain Bookmarks that are retreiving data from a Database (an off site, centralized State database). What I want to do is copy the data that populates from the bookmark and use it in more than one location. Presently, I can only using the data 1x.

I need to find out how to:

A) Copy the bookmark data.
B) Assign additional locations in the document for the Bookmarks data (copy the output say 2 or 3 times in different locations of the document).

To compound things, the document runs a macro after the bookmark(s) populate that protects the document from corruption by the end user(s).

Any help would be greatly appreciated.
