Copying and Pasting from Hierarchical FlexGrid

I have just started using an unbound FlexGrid which I am filling up with data calculated dynamically. In other words, it is not linked to any table. What I want to be able to do is to select a number of cells in the grid and copy and paste them elsewhere (eg. Excel). Is there any way to do this without looping through each cell picking up values? Durkin
