Hi:
I need to add a DWC key to a 2616 set, that's not in the ACD (7200).
I dont know how to add this set to the mentioned acd group so I am trying to copy one that has the desired characteristics, BUT, when I submit ENTER, the system responds
Code:
REQ: cpy 1
TYPE: 2616
CFTN 16 15
SCH3306
ERR SCH3306
The Source TN cannot be an ACD Supervisor.

SO:
What Shall I do to copy this set to the target
OR:
How can I add the DWC key to it?

Thanks in advance for your invaluable help.
Marco

DO NOT COPY and acd set at any time. I can't get any clearer than that. Print the set you want to copy and enter it manually one line at a time. Never never never copy an ACD set for any reason. You will cause corruption in your system.

Hope that's clear enough. Have a good one.
