Hi, we have a requirement to be able to copy any emails which are received from a particular domain to any user in our org or any emails sent to that particular domain from any mailbox in our org. I am aware of potential legal ramifications of doing so. Can I forward the emails to another mailbox within our org.

Thanks for reading.

That isn't something you can do natively within Exchange 2003.

If you have a messaging hygiene service like MessageLabs or Postini that you route all messages through you can probably do it.

Other than that you'd need some sort of front end device/server like an IronPort or Mail Marshal.

Exchange 2007 or Exchange 2010 it would be no problem with transport rules.
