Hello, if you copy a script, will it work or does it get corrupted, like a agent does , if you build a new agent for acd from another agent? I’m new to AACC.

Thank you!

Just open the script and save it with a new name.

I have never known a script to get corrupted and often copy them myself. AACC is, after all, running on different server and a different OS than the PBX so there is no relationship with TN corruption.

Thank you for the responses. I did not know that there is a master script that needed to be edited as well or activated after adding this new one. I have like, no experience with AACC. I know copying Tn's with ACD corrupt the phones you copy. So, was just asking. Thank you again.
