Copying a Large Report Header into another Report Header

I am trying to copy Header2a into Header2b thru 2g. The header has a very large amount of formulas, formatting and spacing. When I highlight the whole header and do a copy and paste I get a partial copy and paste or it does not copy at all. Is there a limit to how large an area or data that can be copied and pasted in Crystal 8.5.

I can copy a third of the header and paste it but any larger than that I run into the problem stated above
