Copying a file to users

Hi,
When I use a .xls(Excel Spreadsheet) in an href, ie used to send me a dialog box asking if I wanted to download or open from location. Now it simply opens it. I use vbscript and I am looking for a way to force it to ask! I welcome any ideas! Thanks. [sig][/sig]
