Copy whole inbox

hi,

how can i make a copy of my whole inbox including sent and deleted items and is there any way for me to recover emails that i have deleted in the past ?

Exmerge. Not without restoring a previous backup to the server and Exmerging it.

with regards to getting back deleted items, unless you either have a backup or you admin set a retention period on your deleted items then your out of luck.
