Copy User Accounts in Peer to Peer Network

I have built an eight computer peer to peer network with XP Pro and I would like to move twenty or so User Accounts from one machine to the others.
Is there a way to copy accounts over to the other machines? I am able to export a text file list of account names but that's it.

Sounds like you want to build a domain, but aren't for some reason (cost?). With Active Directory and Windows 2K or 2K3, this would be easy. Way less of a headache to manage as well..
