When you're in explorer window and you right click, a window appear where you can choose send to (or copy to).
in the options list you see for example A floppy, desktop ,....
Go to your Document & Settings folder in your boot drive, go into your login name folder and then the Sendto folder. You can then create shortcuts etc.
the send to folder is a hidden folder in systemdrive\documents and settings\,you should unhidden it through folder options in the "view" menu
