Got some files in ANSI format with two-byte characters, I need to convert them into Unicode (UTF-8 or something similar).

I have found the two-byte characters can be show in Unicode in the textarea of a page......so, I want to include the files one by one and copy them into Unicode files automatically....

A difficult job?

I also need your help in how to loop through all files in a folder and do <!--#include file='the file'--> by javascript!!

I would suggest to give it up and get a specialized tool.

If happens to use a Unix or Unix-like system, or to have CygWin installed, then try [tt]recode[/tt].
