Copy Subtotals to a another sheet without copying details 1

Hi,

Would you know how to copy the subtotal amounts, without copying the details associated with it to another worksheet? Everytime I highlight the sells and copy, it copies EVERYTHING, when all I want is to copy the subtotals. Thanks!!!

Hello:

after you copy the information from your worksheet, when you paste it to the other worksheet, use the PAste Special command under the Edit Menu. Select Values, then click Ok.

If you mean that the detail rows are not visible but still get copied then:
select
Edit,goto,special,visible cells only
Copy
Edit,PasteSpecial,,Values
