I did not find the correct way to copy several pages from VISIO to MS-Word.

Proceeding through : Insert/object/create from file/... with WORD only produced the insertio of the first page of the Visio file.

Did I miss something ?

No, you didn't miss anything. You cannot insert multi-page Visio drawings into Word. You will have to do one of the following:

A. Insert the Visio drawing as an object using the Link To File option. This will display the first page of the drawing in the document. To see other pages, the user will have to double-click on the first page. This will open the multi-page drawing in Visio. This assumes that: 1) the user has Visio on their computer; 2) the user has access rights to the original Visio drawing.

B. Do "Select All" and "copy" for each page of the Visio drawing and paste each page individually into separate pages in the Word document.

C. Break your Visio drawing down into separate drawings for each page, and insert them as objects that way.

I find that by selecting all and then grouping the selection you will be able to rotate the Visio page if this is required for the Word document.
That's how I do it
