I have a database that I am trying to duplicate the records from 250 times to 15000 times. We have a list the needs to be sent out multiple times to each individual.

The dealers table contains the address
The oprders table contains how many orders each dealer gets.
Some of the dealers get 250, some get 1000, etc..

Is there a way to create a database automaticly by the number of orders so we can print the address?

Thanks in advance.

creating a table automatticly isnt that difficult
you can use a table make query to do it.
creating a serparate database for this is a whole lot more difficult. Christiaan Baes

Please tell me you don't want to print the same address from 250 to 15000 times!

If so, tell us what you do want to produce for each dealer and help will be forthcoming.

Cheers

John
