copy public folder of contacts to exchange mailboxes

Hi All; this is a re-post. I posted it on the vbs forum but was told this might be a better source for this question.

Does any one know if this is possible. Copying a public folders contacts to certain users contacts(certain mailboxes in exchange) without having to use outlook. Our mailserver is exchange 2003. Is this possible with vbs? And any good starting points?

Use Outlook - vbs might be possible but will take lots of hours. Outlook will be drag and drop.
