You need to have the framework installed on the other server.. and just copy de ASPX files, the web.config file, the global.asax file and the bon directory.. that should do the trick...
How can one check what is installed on the remote web server? I know what is installed on my (local) machine, but was having trouble copying the project, and then I saw this post and was wondering if the .NET framework was indeed installed on the server.
I have access to all of the folders on the remote server, but do I have to physically be in front of it to see what components are installed? How can I check and where to check?
the only quick way that I can think of right now is to open up a computer management console , connect to the other computer and under services... look for something that has to do with framework..
or you can allways install a remote control app to have control of the remote machine..
