Copy paste problem withe Business Object

I installed and published app named Business Object on Citrix XP (install on W2k)
When users try to copy from the Business Object to a local app (Excel) the session of the BO disconnect.
I try to copy some different report and some small report have been paste.
I had the same problem doing the same thing on the citrix desktop.
