Copy-Paste Access to Excel - can't see data

I am copying a table or query out of Access 2003, and paste in Excel 2003. I can see fine. After ssaving to the network, other people can't see the data in the spreadsheet, unless they view in the formula bar. Also, they can see the header (Row 1). If they use the paint brush on row 1, and paint the spreadsheet, they see all the data.
 
Sounds like you may have some custom colours in your instance of excel - maybe in place of white.

If you have a red colour in your instance which is in the same position as the standard white colour, you will see red text whilst they see white...
