Does anyone know where I can download a copy of SMI workbench please?

It would be on one of the CDs you recieved with the SCCS software. Load the thick client on your PC that should give you the SMI workbench

Thanks. I finally found my software but when I try to download the client, it is giving me an error 1919 which is something about ICCM_ntwkpreview_1_DSN. Any ideas why this is happening?
