Copy of mails on a CD

Hi,

Can someone tell me how I can take a copy of certain mails in my database and have it on a CD.I dont need the whole Database just mails from one particular person.

I would suggest using the File/Export function for each mail you want to keep.

You can select the mails you want to export from the view and export them all at once.

Of course, you won't get PDF quality, but for reference purposes it will do.

If you want to keep it as an .nsf file, you could also create a new database (file-database-new) based on the mailbox template (inotes6.ntf,dwa7.ntf or other) and then copy and paste the mails into it.
