Hi,

I have a client who would is using exchange 2003 SP2 on SBS 2003 R2 SP1 and would like to have a copy of everymail recieved (not sent) by the Exchnage server sent to his mail box, does anyone know a way of doing this? Either in Exchange or with a Plugin?

Many Thanks

John

Do remind your client he may be breaching Privacy Laws in your country. They may not care, but you should tell them.

Thanks, its in the UK and i think its ok if the users agress to it in their employement T & C's. I will remind them though.

In the UK everyone has an expectation of privacy (enshrined in the Human Rights regulations that are law) by default - although this is not a 'right', so the ability for admins/bosses to read any email on company systems simply has to be communicated to all users (ie tell them they have no expectation of privacy and you can dabble).

We have an email and internet policy that users have to sign and send back to HR before they get external access, that includes a statement that they should not have an expectation of privacy on the company systems. This stops them from later protesting that they didn't know.

Great thanks very much for all your tips. I think Journaling is the way forward and thanks for the advice on policies.

That policy will cover it then, have them do that because they really do not want an amployee sueing them!
