The situation: I store resumes in a form, which I send to clients. I always have more resumes than I use, so I initially simply book them in and store them without doing anything to the document until it is needed.

I have a "stamp", a .jpg file with company informaton and logo, which I like to copy into a text box on the resume the first time it is sent. It would be nice to be able to pick this right off the form by right click. I can do this if I first go to edit mode, but from data entry.

I have in the past had problems setting up object fields, as all records will show the same document, until I paste in a new one, which then becomes the record showing in all documents. I never figured out what the problem was, but this would be a good solution. Any thoughts?

Thanks.
