Hello everyone.
Dont know if in the right forum but it's related to emails. Sorry if miss-posted.
I have a user that is picky about archiving particular project emails by copying them to the project network share. They like to be able to reference emails quickly by reading subject lines instead of via pst archiving.
Obviously, when you copy the individual emails to a drive of any kind it will create the Date Modified of whichever date the file was copied to it, ie: copy a file today and your Modified Date field will be: 1/05/2009 @ current time
Now, is it possible to somehow show the actual email date under the Date Modified field of windows explorer? I know it's a long shot and it's obviously a weird end user request and I am 99.99% sure you cant; BUT what are the chances of a .01%
Thanks for reading this strange request.
Cesar
