Copy more than just functional bands when inserting New Page

I have a template with a page that starts with the Visio standard cross-functional flowchart. When I create a new page, I get the 'Cross Functional Flowchart' dialog box with 'Click OK to copy the functional bands from the current page to the new page'. Thats' fine, but my template page has extra stuff on it: variable fields (for file name, last-saved date, etc) and a logo.

What do I need to do to copy all that extra stuff in as simple as way as the functional bands.
