Hi there,

For a hardware replacement, I need to copy all OE6 related files (emails, addr book, etc) from 1 pc to another pc.

No matter I used copy or migrate, on the new pc, all the folders, & email addr inside those folders are gone.

Wondering what's the best way to copy/migrate WAB file which can maintain the original folder structures?

Million thanks!

Sometimes the files get too big and become so fragmented that they are useless when restoring... try compacting the files to clean them up...

1. Go to file>folder>compact all folders
2. Exit the program, search for *.dbx (may have to turn on the ability for you to see hidden files in explorer), should be at least half a dozen of them, with a current date timestamp. Do the same for *.wab, this is your address book, one file.

Please always take the time to backup any and all data before performing any actions suggested for ANY problem, regardless of how minor a change it might seem. Also test the backup to make sure it is intact.
