I would like to copy the description and keyword meta tags from one page to all in site. Is this possible?

I believe you can turn this into an include file.
I use an include file at the bottom of every page that contains my links and copyright notice.
Then you can update your include file and it will be propagated throughout your site if so desired.

Hope this helps,
Mickey

this is different i would not use an include for this, i use includes for page content not hidden data [Hammer]

Go to code view and then File>Find and Replace. Replace the existing meta data (or whatever) with what you want. You can quickly run through every page this way - assuming the site isn't some large commercial project.

Back up your files before you do this lol. Peace
