copy job?

Does BE have a "copy" function that will directly copy data from a source folder to a destination (remote) folder (like ARCserve has)?

If not, does BE allow for the scheduling of future restore jobs (e.g. schedule a restore job to run at the same time every weekday?)

Thanks in advance! We're just migrating to BE from arcserve and still trying to figure things out.
