Copy items to public folder in OWA

HI,

I can access and read public folders from OWA, but none of my users can copy mail items from their mailboxes to Public Folders in OWA.

Is this something I can change, fix or workaround?

I am running exchange 2003

Look at the client permissions on the public folders. "Default" is the permissions that authenticated users have. They would need at least contributor rights.

they can contribute when using outlook but not over OWA, so I dont think its a permissions issue

Make sure your Exchange2003 server is at SP2.
