Copy ios from one pix to another one

Hi,

I Have 2 pix 506e. One with the version 6.3(5) and PDM 3.0(5). I want to copy this version to my other pix version 6.3(1) and PDM 3.0(1).

1) is it possible to do that ?
2) If yes how can I do that ?
3) If no where can I get the last version of the ios and pdm for my pix ?
