Hello everyone,

I have a problem, the general manager of one of our divisions wants to see all the mails (incoming and outgoing) from his workers. We've already setup this somehowe with pop3 forwarding... but i was wondering if you can't set it up that from a certain group (he doesn't want to see the mail from 2 people) all incoming and outgoing mail is copied to his mailbox?

Kind regards,

Wim.

First of all, there is the Journalling option.

Second, before going any further, you should be aware of the legal aspect of this request.
If this happens without the consensus and awareness of the users, you and the GM can be sued for infraction of violation of privacy! To protect at least yourself, get a SIGNED request to perform that task. All users should agree and sign that they are aware this is happening.

Hello,

Thanks for the response, i now this is very illegal but he has al his personel sign a paper that they are aware when they sign their contract (like they would refuse when they are just hired...)

How does the journaling work?

Wim
