Copy/Import Groups

I have a NT 4.0 Application server as part of our domain, doing file sharing. The local groups on the server have global groups and user accounts from the domain as members.

We have purchased a new server and installed Windows 2000 as application server to act as the new file server.

Is there a way to copy/import the groups from my NT 4.0 server to the new 2000 server? Will it also remember the members in the groups?

Ignore my above post. Just needed to search a little more. For anyone interested, use addusers command from resourse kit. Dump to a file, make modification and then create accounts on new server.
