copy greeting message out of Unity Server

Hi Everyone, is there a way for me to copy a greeting that someone recorded on Unity Voice Mail, so we can keep a record of it? Is there a wave file on the server somewhere that I can just make a copy of? Thanks/

Is it a Greeting or did they leave a message? If it's a Greeting, go to the Greeting page of your phone and when the recording bar shows up, just do a Save As from the menu.
