Copy from WP table to a Quattro Pro Spreadsheet

I have a macro that takes some data and puts it into a table in WP. I then take this table and copy it with a macro and open a Quattro Pro spreadsheet. I can press ctrl-v and put it in there but I would like to do this with the macro. What Quattro Pro command does this as the WP paste command does not do it.

Bonus: Is it possible to just get the data and skip the WP table part and write directly to the spreadsheet.
