Copy from one area to new area

We just implemented sharepoint and I am creating a client list under the Projects topic to house all project documents by client name. These are going to be arranged in a series of folders. When I create a new client area here, I want to copy all a group of subareas to that client area. How do I go about doing this?

I searched help and here and found nothing.
