Copy from Excel to Outlook 2000 Message

When I copy a bordered list from Excel and paste it into an email message, the borders disappear. Everyone else can paste the data with the borders. My Editor is set to HTML just like everyone else. If I change the message to rich text, the borders display, but I would need to change it for every message since HTML is locked in by our administrator.

Any ideas??

See if the 'include pictures from the internet' setting in Outlook has any effect.
