copy from datasheet w/out copying column headings

Hi All,

I've tried to find the answer with no luck:

I have a datasheet form that displays data as any good spreadsheet would. I need to copy data from that datasheet form into another application. The other application is very old and isn't very sophisticated so when I paste my datasheet data into it, the column headings from access also paste. Is there a way to avoid this so that only the data copies and/or pastes and not the column headings?
