Copy Frames between diffrent Pictures

Hi,
I have a question, is it possible to copy certaine frames from one Picture/Work to an other Picture/Work? The best thing where if it would be possible to Copy an already made picture into an other picture. Not really shure this is possible but...?!? All this is made in Imageready.
