Copy Folder permissions

Is it possible to have an Template Folder structure with permissions in sub folders, example :

"Client name" -> Sales (Sales group write/read permission)
(Non Sales groups read permission)
-> Documents (Everyone write/read permission)
-> Service (Sales read permission)

Everytime i have a new client i want to copy the structure, so i have the correct permissions on the folders.
How can i do this? Or isn't it possible.

It seems to me you get two options:
1. Every time a new client comes you need set permission for him/her.
2.You can down-load an add-on from

http://www.sharepoint.com

where you can find a product called permission batch setting.
It is said it can assigns users/groups read/edit permission to list columns. you can Inherit Permission From List in permission batch page.
Sorry I can not get those functions on mind at once.
