Hello Gang,

I have two WS-X5166's running in a 5505. I started having a problem with one of the blades, and upon running a sh test 4..I get the following response:

Console> (enable) sh test 4

Module 4 : 1-port DS3 Dual PHY ATM
Module 4 : ATM Module Status: (. = Pass, F = Fail)

ATM Control Processor (ACP) Status:
ROM Chksum: . DRAM: . FLASH: . FLASH Chksum: F
DPRAM: . NVRAM: . TxSAR RAM: . RxSAR RAM: .
PMD SPROM: . FRAME BUFFER: . TxSAR COMM:. RxSAR COMM: .
SAR Loopback: . . . .

See...the flash has gone bad....I have taken the flash out of the other 5166, and put it into this blade, and it works just fine. Now my problem is this..I cannot seem to locate a command that will allow me to copy the flash from the good blade, on the new flash on the bad blade. Any ideas on how to copy that image. I have tried everything, except ATM Lane, as I am not up to speed on that one. Any ideas out there?

I don't think the flash is something you can field program. I'd call Cisco for help, it will undoubtedly extend your life by a few days.
