Copy Files to CDRW from VB

hi,

I am trying to copy some files on a weekly basis
to a CDRW through VB, to create a backup CD.

The CD writing software would be:

Adaptec Direct CD or HP CD Writer Plus.

Any ideas/suggessions/samples?

Please help as soon as possible... :-(
