My company is having a Plasma TV screen and a desktop in the Boardroom and it is for presentation purpose.
Usually I'll bring in my laptop and copy my powerpoint file to that desktop and display on the big plasma screen.
I might need to copy other files during presentation but I don't want others to see all files on my laptop, so I'll have my files on that desktop in stead of plugging the screen cable direct to my laptop. Also, I hope not to let others see all the cables here and there.
My question is, what should I do to copy files by using wireless way? Can anyone please direct me because I'm new to wireless.
Your help is much appreciated.

It's no different than copying from one pc to another pc when both are plugged into the hardwired LAN with CAT-5 cables. Wireless is the same as a cable.

Share a file folder on the presentation desktop pc. Then from your remote pc (or laptop) goto Start, Run and type in "\\presentationPCName". You should then be able to see the shared file folder and copy your files into it.

Note: the presentation pc should be a member of your company's domain. The shared folder should probably be set with permissions for everyone to write and read.
