copy file from one directory to another dir

Hi,
My program needs to check the directory and see if the file's last modify time expire some time period, if it does, the program will move that file to another directory. How can I copy OR move a file from one dir to another? What class and method can I use?

I think renameTo(File dest) does what you are looking for.
