Copy Database?

I have several different domain names that will use the same site structure...just be modified on a per state basis. Each one of these uses a database as the backend. How can I copy the database contents from one domain to another so I do not have to manually enter the information 50 times through a php control panel?

I know not neccesarily a php question but the site is written in php.

That would likely vary depending on the database you're using.
